Hailing from Jakarta, Indonesia, the fittingly-named Marvella joined the Pacific High family in 2021 as Cruise Director aboard Nataraja. As Operational Manager, she now relies upon her natural organizational flair and exceptional multi-tasking abilities to ensure the daily operations of the fleet run smoothly. Drawing upon everything she learned during her five years’ hands-on experience in the diving industry, she now crafts unique itineraries enhancing the quality of the guests’ experience at sea.
