Originally from Bira, South Sulawesi, Irwandi began his sailing career in 2015 and has since built extensive experience across Indonesia’s charter industry, advancing through various onboard roles and honing his leadership at sea. In 2022, he joined Pacific High as Chief Officer, and by 2025, he was appointed Captain of Sanya. Known for his quick understanding of both technical and non-technical matters, he leads with consistency, honesty, and dedication—always striving to give his best. Outside of sailing, he values time at home, enjoying quiet moments with his family.​
